FAMILY MAXIMUM

For families, monthly membership is capped at $300/month, helping keep care more affordable for households with multiple members.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Adult Member, Ages 18-64

Senior Member, Ages 65+

Each Additional Adult Ages 18-64

Each child age 2-17 until Family Maximum met.
