it should be.
Wyo Roots Health is a membership-based primary care practice rooted on what healthcare should be: personal, affordable, unhurried appointments, genuine relationships and no hassle with insurance claims
The care you've always wished you had.
Your provider knows your name, your history, and your family — and she's right here in Sheridan.
Same or next-day appointments for urgent needs and per your needs for everything else.
No waiting weeks to see your own, consistent provider.
Hear from the team quickly to solve your issue.
Many needs can be handled with a text, a phone call or we will set up a virtual or in-person appointment.
No-rush appointments.
Your provider sits with you until until your concerns are addressed.
Pay one flat rate each month. No copays, no surprise bills, no deductibles.
Budgeting for your health has never been this easy.
What is Direct Primary Care
Direct Primary Care — or DPC — removes insurance from your primary care entirely. Instead of billing insurance for every visit, you pay one low monthly fee directly to your provider. Think of it like a gym membership for your health.
That means your provider is accountable to you, not an insurance company. They have the time to actually know you, respond to your calls, and focus on what keeps you healthy.
When you need care beyond our clinic, such as specialist visits, imaging, lab work, or hospital care, we'll help guide you through the process. If you have insurance, you can use it for those services. If you don't, we'll help you explore affordable cash-pay options whenever possible. And if a major medical event arises, we'll help you navigate your options so you can get the care you need with confidence.
Choose the membership that works for you and/or your family.
We will schedule your welcome visit and get to know you.

Care rooted in something deeper
Wyo Roots Health was founded on the simple conviction that caring for people is a calling, not just a career. Every person who walks through our door deserves to be truly seen, genuinely heard, and cared for with the kind of compassion that's become too rare in medicine today.
Grounded in service — Medicine is more than a profession. It's a calling. Every patient is a person with a story worth knowing, and we consider it a privilege to be part of it.
Whole-person care — We take the time to understand not just your symptoms, but your life, your family, your fears, your goals.
A partner for every season — New diagnosis, chronic condition, or simply staying ahead of your health, we walk alongside you. Every step.

Here are a few everyday situations and how your Wyo Roots membership handles each one
For Families
Your child wakes up with a fever and you would like them to be seen today:
With Wyo Roots: You text your provider, you hear back within the hour and collaboratively decide if it would be best to get an appointment in the clinic same day or there can even be an option to have your provider come to your home if that is best!
For Businesses & Employees
You are a relatively small business, and the cost to provide insurance for all your employees is cost-prohibitive.
With Wyo Roots: You can afford a monthly membership for each employee that will limit missed work and ensure your team has thorough, preventative care.
